Mini-remote button label template

Anybody know of a template for creating/printing labels for mini-remotes? I’m doing it manually with Open Office, but it’s a bit tedious that way.

Not sure if its what you want, but I bought a battery powered label maker from Wal- Mart. It prints on white or clear strips. I used the clear and scaled down the size low enough to fit the small remote pads. So far after 2 years the ink has not come off and label stays in place. The brand is DYMO
It was the 19 dollar hand held version, not the larger ones they have.
