Motion sensor trigger harmony hub commands

I am building a movie room. I have a 2245-222 hub and want a motion sensor to trigger a scene in Insteon for lights and the harmony hub to turn on a projector, receiver and set an input of the projector. I don’t have a harmony hub yet but assuming I would need this. My understanding I would need ifttt to makes happen. I guess my question is how can I make this work?
