What devices have had "All On" removed in recent models

I believe that the newest 2413 PLM FW and some switches have been updated to prevent them from responding to / generating an "All on" in recent models.

Is there a list of devices where that has made it into production? Any information would be helpful, more specifically, I'm wondering about the newer model iolinc.

AFAIK, all currently shipping device have had the ALL ON removed.
Message from Forum Admin: stusviews passed away in April 2018. Stu was a huge fan of Insteon and a huge presence on both the Smarthome and Insteon forums, helping thousands of us along the way (he had nearly 20,000 posts to his name). We thank him for his contributions, dedication, and passion for making the Smart Home a reality. He will truly be missed.

I don't remember seeing any files on such things publicly released by Smarthome or Smartlabs.
Maybe internal company information. Not for employees to divulge publicly
When the original Developers Group was still alive. We occasionally got information but an NDA prevented giving it out.

Information Only: As stated by others all currently shipping Insteon hardware removes the ALL ON - ALL OFF command class. To be more specific this command class was removed (approx) February 2014 for switches and keypad lincs and anything with firmware v.44.

It should be noted everyone is assuming the root cause is from the ALL ON - ALL OFF command being issued and not a ON, Fast On, Off, Fast Off. Lastly, this problem has only ever been present in the ISY Series Controller and no other. There hasn't ever been an incident of a ALL ON - ALL OFF case where there was NO controller in place.

There has also never been documented case where a Insteon Gateway, Smartlinc, HUB v1, v2, HUB II did the same. This issue has also never been seen in any controller that supports Insteon whether it be Vera, HS, Indigo, etc.

        So where's the problem?!?!
