SET Red/Green LED for an 8 button switch.

I have looked all over. Can someone refer me to something that explains the MEANING of this LED when the switch is in use. Most times when I press a button, the green light flashes momentarily. sometimes not. Can I debug communication issues by the status of this LED? Many thanks. Gary

The on-line Owner's Manual has a section dealing with the LED.
