    Discount working?

    On the Insteon store website, I get a pop up indicating 10% discount is available for new users. I enter email and a discount code is displayed. I then add products to basket, go to checkout, enter shipping info, credit card, and code and discount is applied. Then after entering email, the discount is removed. I tried again with different email to no avail.

    While I purchased lots of Insteon devices years ago from Smarthome, I would have figured I’m technically a new customer as it’s now a new company. Is the discount supposed to work?

    Tim, if you have not purchased directly from Insteon since June 2022, you are considered a "new customer" as you would not have account in our store system. We do have folks using that code so I am not sure why it is not working for you. Maybe try an alternate browser?

      Your browser might have cookies from previous interactions with the Insteon store that are preventing the new user discount from being applied. I suggest clearing your browser's cookies and cache before attempting the purchase again.
