I have a number of three-way circuits that are controlled by cross linked switch pairs. When one switch is pressed the LEDs on the other respond accordingly.
When the load is operated via the Insteon app, only the switch connected directly to the load shows the correct LED display. The secondary linked switch’s LEDs stay at what ever setting they were at prior to the instruction from the app.
One of these switch pairs are also being controlled by an X10 transceiver so that I can operate the load (garage ceiling lights) from my car via HomeLink which is built into both our vehicles. When I use the HomeLink in the car and an X10 remote wall switch inside the house both Insteon switch LEDs show correctly. It’s only the Insteon app and also Alexa commands that cause divergence in the LEDs.
Has anyone else noticed this divergence in behaviour?
