2663-222 wall outlet is no longer connected to hub, LEDs are not on.

Do the wall outlets "die"? Outlet was working yesterday, today it didn't turn on, app doesn't recognize it and there are no LEDs working. Pushing the connect buttons has no effect. Do I just replace the outlet, or is there a factory reset that I can do? Plugging something in to see if the outlet works produces no result as those LEDs are telling the outlet "power off"

You may want to check that the breaker for that circuit is not tripped and verify the outlet does have AC power to it.
I would try a power cycle with the breaker feeding the circuit the outlet is connected to. On the chance it was confused by some power line garbage.
The Factory Reset procedure is in the users manual you can download from the sales site if you don't have it now.
Yes it could be possible the outlet failed. No Status LEDs could mean the outlets power supply area has a problem.
