HUB Password for 2245-222

I need to know the HUB password of my 2245-222, not the Insteon account password. The APP will let me see and change the HUB user name, but not the HUB password. It just displays ****** and attempts to change it do nothing. I've tried resetting the HUB back to factory defaults having deleted my Insteon account and then readded. All that gets me is a different random HUB user name (which I can change), and ****** for HUB password again, which the App can't change.

I've tried calling Insteon support and the were not helpful. All they could suggest was using the devices Insteaon ID as the HUB password, which didn't work/

I read about how to issue http requests to the devices through the HUB, but I need the HUB password to do this.

Is the user name displayed in the app the same user name printed on the sticker on the bottom of the unit? If so the password should be displayed right underneath.
