I/O Linc keeps reverting to factory

I have a new 2450 I/O Linc, I set it to momentary and .90 seconds and save. However it will not keep this setup and keeps going back to latched and 2 seconds.
What could be causing this ? Is this signs that this module is bad ?

I have a second new I/O Linc and I set it up with momentary and .90 seconds and it's working perfectly so far.

I use a 2242-222 hub.

Try moving the Io linc in question to the outlet where the other 2450 that is working and make the change then.
