I had a hub die on me and bought a new one. The new one would not let me use my existing account to log in, so I had to create a new one with a different email address. Is there any way to cancel the old account in case I have to replace this hub so I can use that email address?

You can send in an email to Insteon support with the picture if the bottom of the old unit asking them to delete the profile.
