    Communicating issue with 2477D

I replaced a noisy 2476DH with a brand new 2477D. I can communicate with the 2477D with the Insteon Hub without issue... The problem is when I try to communicate with it with the PLM2413S.
It communicates ok, confirm ok, but Turn ON or turn OFF lights dont work !

    Opening the port /dev/ttyS0
Sending command 02624c3ef90212ff to INSTEON PLM
    Got desired STD reply from 4c3ef9 to 1320d6, flag a7, Cmd1 12, Cmd2 ff
Retrieved data from Insteon network in 0.685 seconds using 1 tries, Result 06, Value ff, Buffer 02624c3ef90212ff0602504c3ef91320d6a712ff
    Closing the port /dev/ttyS0
    +OK

I tried 0511A0, 0511FF, etc, all return good confirmation but light status never changes....
Worked perfectly fine with older Insteon devices for several years...

    Any ideas ?

    Thanks !
