How to wire micro open close module help

I have a number of Windows that have motorised tracks currently controlled by an IR controller. I have some micro open close modules but don't know how to wire them up. The current track motors have a power pack so aren't direct 240v so I guess that's not a good start

    Can anyone offer some advice

    Cheers

Where are you located that there's 240V powering your window coverings. The standard voltage in North America is 110/120VAC.

If your power pack provides low voltage for the window coverings then you can't use a Micro Module. The Micro Module is made to control line voltage (e.g., 240VAC) window coverings only. Which particular motors do you have?

Hi pdoc, if your using the RC1-6M track?, then you will need some interface relays (2 off, 1= Open, 1= Close) to be controlled by the Micro Open Close module. The RC1-6M will need to be permanently powered from the Plug Pack. Don't have a manual or any wiring diagrams but, there is possibly is a small connector where the external hand control plugs into. If this is the case, then you will need to identify if there is a power out and switch wires back. Connect the Normally open contacts of the Interface relays to the power and switch wires. Essentially you are putting another set of contacts in parallel with the remote wired keypad. The Micro Open Close module will be connected to the COIL ONLY of the interface relays, so these will need to have 240V AC Coils. Being 240V, you should a qualified electrician do this. You will also need to set the run time in the Micro Open Close module
          Hope this helps
