Hub Pro and Fan Module

I have a ceiling fan that doesn’t have a wall switch, looking to use the Hub Pro that is homekit compatible with the fan controller. Curious has anyone tried this and what was their experience? .

also, I have read that the Pro Hub is no longer supported and the app has bad reviews. I’m hoping this is wrong as this is the only solution I can find.

I have hub 2245-222 ver. 1018. My ceiling fan module is 2475F. The module is not connected to a wall switch. The fan and light work flawlessly albeit the low fan speed is extremely slow (more to do with the model of fan). Control is via, in my case, the android or windows app. I also set up scenes so Alexa can control all functions.

I "think" I read the Pro Hub users may have an avenue to upgrade through Insteon. I can say that when my 2245-222 failed to function, Insteon provided a replacement that was programmed with my home setup up. In my opinion that was outstanding support!
