3-Way switches not doing the same thing

Hello. I have 2 switches serving as 3-way switches and they work fine however ... when I turn one of them off the lights fade to off and the other causes the lights to go fast off. I am pretty sure I have them programmed the same way but can't figure out how to get both of the switches to fade to off. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks

PJL, ramp rates are the same which is what is puzzling me. Is ramp rate the same as fade rate?
