6 Button Dimmer cannot control load locally. Can be turned on and off remotely.

Is the switch done-for? I have air-gapped the switch for 5+ minutes then held it in to reset. Nothing changes. Pressing the Larger On/Off buttons no longer control the load (6 x 9W LED pot lights). Using the ISY994, I am able to remotely control the load; however the switch itself does not reflect the correct state. IE Lights off, switch remains showing the ON/OFF state it had before the ISY994 sent the commend.

Try restoring with the ISY as stated above, and also make sure it's not showing an extra device - it's possible to have the load disconnected from the buttons in firmware.
