1 dimmer in 4 way kitchen setup not working

Should be possible. Need (3) Insteon dimmer switches. Cannot simply replace a single switch with Insteon; all must be replaced.

Yes. You will need three Insteon switches. Maybe modify the wiring to the switches. So each one has a Line and Neutral power connection. One has it Load wire connected to the LED load and the other two cap off the Insteon switches Load wire. Then cross link all the switches as a controller and responded to the other two.
