I need a DPDT switch, does Insteon make one?

I have not seen a DPDT type switch.

What voltage and current do you need to switch?
Do you need a switch or will a plug in module be OK?
Smartenit makes a 4 form C relay {NC NO Com} module. .5 Amp 30VDC or 120VAC. EZIO40. Plug in module.
You maybe able to wire two of the relays in a DPDT setup but since I have never used one. I don't know if you can switch two at the exact time.
It is fairly large compared to some of the present plug in Insteon modules. Same case size as the 2413 PLM.
