What are you using to manage Insteon devices?

You cannot disable local control on any Insteon devices, that's not a feature. Current model switches and outlets can be set up to transmit a signal every time they are activated locally, however.

If you have an ISY or other controller that supports conditional operation, you can create a program to watch for the device being activated locally, then use that to trigger a signal to turn it back on/off.

I'm using an Insteon hub 2245-222 to manage my devices.

The 2245 Hub is not capable of conditionals.
