New Insteon 2441TH does not boot / power on

Is the Insteon Wireless thermostat still available to provide a remote sensor for the 2441TH?

Good to see it was a easy fix and the thermostat was not bad.

Indeed, while I had all 5 wires at the thermostat end, the red and blue wires were not properly connected on the air handler end.

Was the old thermostat powered by the heating equipment?
You may want to look at the control end of the cable and verify the Blue COM wire is connected to the controls common.
If you have an AC volt meter. It should be around 24VAC from COM to 24RH

I replaced an existing automatic thermostat with a new 2441TH Insteon thermostat today. The previous thermostat was wired with a 5 wire cable. I carefully moved the wires to the new Insteon device. The screen on the Insteon never powers up (remains blank) and no LEDs are lit. Maybe this is a defective unit?
