2441TH Links are read incorrectly by HouseLinc (using PowerLinc 2413U)

I got my PowerLinc 2413U working with HouseLinc today but found that the existing Controller links for the 2441TH Thermostat are read incorrectly by HouseLinc. There are other issues that I know will not be fixed (edit window is sized too small and the "Respond to: Off" control is not visible most of the time).
    - The thermostat Heat Mode ON command from both the KeypadLink and SwitchLinc shows "Program Cool" instead of "Heat"
    - The thermostat Heat Mode OFF command (setting the heat to a lower temperature), shows "Unknown Mode" instead of "Heat" and "Respond to: On" (should be Respond to: Off", and the link iconshows as "Broken".

How do I request a fix to the devices.xml file please?

    Thanks

HouseLinc is no longer supported nor will any problems with it be fixed. No updates are forthcoming. As new products are developed and as each existing product also gets periodic firmware updates, less and less devices are supported by HouseLinc.

IMO, I'd like to see a new HouseLinc. It was my mainstay, but it looks like that's not going to happen.

Personally I would move on from houselinc to something else that is still supported s it will make using your devices much easier and add new capabilities for a much enhanced experience.

Unfortunately there's not much support we can provide when it comes to unsupported software that is missing features. You could try factory resetting the thermostat and then re-doing it back to houselinc just in case something went wrong during the initial setup.
