How to turn on a light when motion detector senses motion, but not turn it off

I have a walk in closet, a motion sensor, and a switch. If I pair the motion sensor and switch, it turns the light on when I enter, but if I don't move around enough, it turns it off. Is there a way to JUST have the motion sensor turn the switch on and let me turn it off manually?

I also don't want it triggering an On event every time I move.

Are you doing this with the manual linking Set Buttons or do you have a controller like a HUB.
There is an On Only Mode that can be set through the HUB and App. Manual indicates On Only Mode is not a choice with the Set Button manual linking method.
