Hello, I had my leak sensor with shut off valve set up correct then my leak sensors stopped closing my shut off valve when tested in water. I can open/close shutoff valve with the Insteon App controlling the I/O Linc.. I can also close/open valve by touching setup button on I/O module; the leak sensors are correctly sending a signal when tested in water. HOWEVER, they are not getting the I/O Lync to send a signal to physically close the valve. BUT if I first close the valve, then I test the Leak sensors in water they send a signal and get the I/O Lync to open the valve.
I've tried changing all variations in the Insteon app under I/O lync. Currently I have the I/O Linc set to On Opens Relay, Off Closes Relay, Relay mode to Latching, Sensor Triggers Relay Before Triggering to set to NO. I've played with Sensor Sends ON and also Off when Closed, neither changes the functions. Greatly appreciate any suggestions. Thanks! AG
