I just noticed I have Web UI 2.14.1.12. Not sure how I got it (Possibly smarthome website) but the Insteon site download latest version in 2.14.1.11. The cam will not let me flash 11 in.....I suspect this is why scheduling is not working. Any idea how to fix?

Do you have an indoor or outdoor camera? The firmware is different and the correct version for the indoor camera is 2.11.1.12. You can view/download the current camera firmware from http://www.insteon.com/camera-setup. -
