    Starter Kit 2244-234 Hub cannot connect with Insteon App for iOS

    I'm new to Insteon and recently purchased a starter kit and a couple of switches. The HUB cannot connect to the app. I have called Insteon last week and they said this is a know issue and they were working on it.

    Instead was short on specifics. Has anyone else had any trouble? Should I continue to wait or just take the hub back?

    That reply is inadequate. Working on it sounds like they were passing you off. Insist on a fix or a refund!!

        Change your router´s DNS to a google DNS. It will make your hub work and connect to the app.
