    Insteon API

I'm trying to write a program to control my sprinkler system. I have bought the EZFlora and setting it up in my office to control a sprinkler valve, so I can make sure it works before I dismantle my system.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure out the commands I can send it through the API, but I dont' see any. So that leads me down the road of connecting to the hub directly and controlling the EZFlora. How could I send PLM commands to the hub through the network? I'm not finding an API for that and I keep seeing that I need a Power link modem. I don't really want one since I think I should be able to communicate to the Hub through my ethernet.

The command set for the EZFlora is on the Smartenit support pages.
    Under Command sets.

Are you are using this API?

The PLM uses a completely different set of command compared to the HUB and HUBII. So sending the PLM commands to the HUB or HUBII may not work.

The HUB Developers Guide is here. I believe it is for the older model not the present HUBII.

If you need to change the defaults in the EZFlora. You may have to use the Smartenit Utility. It also needs a Insteon PLM, Insteon PLC or their Gateway to use.
In the Software and Utilities Tab.
