I know many people have answered this but It is not helping me at all. I have a hub that will not connect. I can connect to it (thanks to a network reset) However, when signing into the app it attempts to use the old password which I do not know. How do I change the username/password in the app?
I have tried various ideas, one was to connect directly to the hub, but there is no choice to set the password. I have a 2014 2245-222 hub and I paid for the service so that Insteon would continue let me use my hub.
I am just lost. Can someone shine some light for me?
