Unable to reset user/pass on Hub

Recently I've been unable to log into my insteon hub (2245-222). My user/pass isn't working, I've attempted to reset the password and no luck. Any suggestions wold be greatly appreciated.

At this point I'm not sure if the steps below reset the password or if it's still my default password.

    What I've done
https://www.insteon.com/support-know...dress-and-port <-- used that to verify that I have the correct IP and Port

http://192.168.1.237:25105/ <-- That's my hub when prompted for user/pass I entered my current UserPass, keep getting prompted

https://www.insteon.com/support-know...on-insteon-hub <-- Tried to reset the network settings and user/pass back to the default user/pass

https://www.insteon.com/support-know...me-or-password <-- got default user/pass info from here

Each time I try to log in I keep getting prompted with the login box.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is also preventing my Home assistant from connecting and now all my automatons are broken.

There is the login for the Hub application on a phone/tablet, which is your email address and password, and there is another user/password on the bottom of the Hub for software integrations.

I would verify that you can login to your Hub application first, because you can set the user/password in the app.

If you forgot your password you can go to: http://connect.insteon.com and use the forgot password link there. Don't bother trying to log into that site because it was only developed for the 2242-222 Hub model and will not connect to a 2245-222.

After you get into the app go to: settings-> house and then scroll down. You will see the username/password towards the bottom and you can change each to whatever you want. Just make sure that it matches what you have configured in HA.

If you are getting a pop-up box when logging into the Hub application, it might be that a factory reset was performed which would have wiped some info. The only way I know how to get around that is by performing another factory reset. If this is needed I would also recommend relinking the devices as it will affect clean ups.
