    Hub not working after update?

    My hub stopped working (still have power and cant even get to the hub info via port in web browser) but all the devices are saying they can not be reached. I have a green light, and powered cycled, used a different network cable, and reset network (3 button pushes) and nothing... This is intermittent but it is down more than it is up. Anyone else having this issue?

    I have 2 Hubs that are working fine since the update. I suggest you call Insteon support. I'm sure they would be very interested in knowing about updates that haven't worked.

      I believe I'm seeing the same issue. Worked just fine day before. Just checked equipment, no activity lights at all power or network.

        I would say call Customer Support and see what they can come up with.
        There are threads here on HUB hardware failures and some replacement methods.
