Hub 1 vs Hub 2, is it worth it?

I currently have the Hub 1 version and the windows phone app. Sometimes it can take almost a minute to access the hub threw the app. Is the hub 2 faster or is it time to move on to a different product? It looks like the 1st hub version hasn't had a firmware revision since 2013. I know the hub2 just received an update a few weeks ago that was suppose to speed this up. Did it?

What phone are you using? I've recently switched from a Lumia 1020 to the Icon, and it does seem faster, I'm just not sure if that comes down to the update, or my change in phones. If you're a Windows user, I'd hold off until Win10 launches in 6 weeks to see if some more information about the All-Joyn hub comes out.

I was switched from 1 to 2 and I have nothing but problems with the App, the hub and the general function of all devices since then. Plus you lose x10, and not much else to gain.
