Cannot get into the Insteon App

I mostly control my Insteon's through my Alexa devices but recently i wanted to create some new scenes. I see the app was updated in late October and since then, I have not been able to get in. When I open the app and sign in I just get a spinning/loading area and it winds up erroring out. Any idea what i need to do to get logged back into my account in the app. I have tried on multiple iOS devices and deleted and reinstalled the app on each, running different iOS versions on each, to no success.

The error message might give some insight but I would verify the email address associated with your Hub first. You can request that by sending in a picture of the Hub ID off the bottom of the unit to: support@insteon.com
