Cant connect to hub

    Cant connect to hub

    My hub have steady green light, ethernet lights are flashing and looking to the router see that there is network traffic but app gave me an error that cant connect to hub.

    Already perform a network reset. Any advice?

    There was an issue with services, stemming form an Amazon AWS issue on the 27th. It should have gone away by now, but if not you can send an email to: support@insteon.com with a picture of the bottom of the Hub. Usually that error means that there is another account registered to it and the email you are using is the wrong one. Insteon would be able to advise.
