New Insteon Hub app on multiple smartphone issue

I have the new app installed on 3 different devices. If I make any changes on my iPhone for example, adding a new scene. If I open the app on my wife's iPhone the new scene does not appear. The only way for that to happen is for me to log out of the app on her phone and then log back in and then it appears.

I would have thought that it would do some type of polling for any changes and update as needed. Is that the case or am I missing something?

Is there a get latest configuration in the new app like the old

If there is I don't know where it is on the new app.
