    New Email Address, Existing Hub, Devices and App

    Hi! I have an existing Hub, many devices, sensors and scenes, and an old email address the Hub and Hub App are tied to which I can no longer use/access.

    How can I update my Hub's and Hub App's settings such that they are tied to my current email address instead of my old (and now no longer functional) email address?

    Insteon support has a way of changing the email address on your account on the 2245 Hub models. You can contact them at: support@insteon.com

    If you have a 2242 model you would need to delete the account and start from scratch.

      There really needs to be a import / export function that lets users dump their full config for situations like this. Start from scratch shouldn't be a requirement.
