994i Admin Console Won't Open

The ISY folks recommend deleting the old temp files from your Java directory after you update it.

Start the Java application. Under the "General" tab, go down to the "Temporary Internet Files" section and click on "Settings". Then click on "Delete Files"

After upgrading from Java SE 8u201 to 8u251, I got something like: admin console-not found. I tried going back to 8u201; now I get "Cannot determine a valid java home".Has anyone else run into this?
