Wired and Wi-Fi device work, others don't

I have a router that has always INSTEON foontionné. For some time, all the switches, dimmers, no longer work. In the application, I see a yellow circle which probably indicates that the router can not find the switches and modules. However, cameras with an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi connected appear in the application.
I have not moved the router. Is this the "RF" function that is defective ??

I did a "reset" on the router without success.
