Can’t login

I have not used my camera in years and I hooked it to the internet and all the lights are on, except the green light is blinking constantly. I have tried to login to app and will not let me login. I have changed my password and tried to create a new account.
My camera is model 2864-222

Did you actually reset the camera to factory (hold reset button on the bottom of the camera for 30 secs) and plug it into your LAN and reconfigure it from scratch?
