    Can't Update my Hub 2245-422

    When i click "update" on the System Update Available pop-up i got an error that i do not know how to solve It, i did all the steps that appear on the website but nothing happens, so i'm wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. By the way i'm attaching a phone capture so you can see the error message.

    This is an international Hub so there are no updates to be performed. When I checked, last year, I was told that all international units are updated before they are shipped from Insteon to the distributors.

      The Insteon Hub Pro no longer offers the ability to update firmware via the Insteon+ or the Apple Home app. If there are any firmware updates available, they will be automatically downloaded.

        I have the same problem, also with an international hub (2245-522 in Australia). I do not care so much about the firmware not updating, but it means I can’t add a device or scene using the Director app, because I can’t get past the ‘We have a fresh update …’ nag box.
