When i click "update" on the System Update Available pop-up i got an error that i do not know how to solve It, i did all the steps that appear on the website but nothing happens, so i'm wondering if anyone could help me with this problem. By the way i'm attaching a phone capture so you can see the error message.

This is an international Hub so there are no updates to be performed. When I checked, last year, I was told that all international units are updated before they are shipped from Insteon to the distributors. -
Thanks for sharing, I found a lot of interesting information here. A really good post, very thankful and helpful that you will write many more posts like this one.

The Insteon Hub Pro no longer offers the ability to update firmware via the Insteon+ or the Apple Home app. If there are any firmware updates available, they will be automatically downloaded.Last edited by ChapmanS1; 01-23-2023, 09:24 PM.Comment
