Micromodule on/off led is green but my light is off

Hi, i have a problem with my micromodule on/off,
When i turn it on, the led change to green and the light turns on but after a few seconds the light turn it off but the led device is still green.
i already reset the devide but the problem still there.
somebody have any idea to fix it?

I have the module installed. I can turn it on/off but the l1 does not power up all the time. It is hooked up to a exhaust fan for a bathroom.

Is it the On/Off , Dimmer or Open Closed model module?
