    Hub offline 5/15/25

    I had some intermittent issues earlier in the day and now my hub is offline according to the director app and I rebooted the Hub and it still has a red light. I restarted my Gateway and my router along with the Hub multiple times and it still red. Anyone else having connectivity issues to their hub and a red led?
    I have renewed my subscription so that should not be the issue..

    All right so I did some additional troubleshooting. Swapped ports in the green light came on and then went red again. Swapped ethernet cables and was green walked away went to go use the app app wouldn't work said Hub was offline went back to the hub and it's red again. I've moved it into different ports and it's still red.. Any additional basic troubleshooting suggestions?
