Does anyone have any info on the Windows phone app? It has not worked on my lumina phone for months and support said they were sorry they could not help me. The support person said I should be very angry because he was a "windows phone guy" and would be furious if he owned Inseton products!!

I would encourage you to use the Windows App to send in a bug report so the developer(s) can track these issues etc. At the same time submit a service request via the Tech Support line and request this service request be relayed over to the Engineering department.
At least you have done your part in alerting all parties of your concern and the issues seen on this platform. Thus far the support for Android / Windows has been pretty brutal to say the least and this is coming from a iOS guy!
