    Hub won't connect to internet

    This is my 2nd home and 2nd hub, so have some understanding of how things work. But no matter what I try (reset modem, reset hub, unplug power, unplug network cable, different network cable) I just can't get my brand new hub to connect to the internet. I just get the red light on the box. Anyone have another idea besides all the obvious ones?

    I just received my first hub, and having the same problem. I called tech support and said that they can see the hub updating its firmware starting at 2 AM yesterday. They said to wait 24hours to update firmware this seem an unreasonable amount of time. While writing this post I received an email from tech support stating their engineers are working on it. allow another 24 hr
