• Hub Replacement

I have a question for you guys. My hub died the other day and I purchased a new one. I read on the forums that you have to delete your existing account and make a new one to install a new hub. I am unable to delete the account because my old hub will not power on. I sent an email to insteon to ask what i need to do in this situation but have not heard back yet. Is there anything I could do on my own outside of waiting for support? Thanks

    See this guide: http://www.insteon.com/support-knowl...b?rq=Migrating

If you can't access the old device, you'll probably want to do factory resets on your devices to avoid old links slowing down system response times. I'd recommend waiting for support to respond, that way they can send you a list of device addresses to smooth the process of setting up a new Hub and they can delete the old unit from your account.
