I have a question for you guys. My hub died the other day and I purchased a new one. I read on the forums that you have to delete your existing account and make a new one to install a new hub. I am unable to delete the account because my old hub will not power on. I sent an email to insteon to ask what i need to do in this situation but have not heard back yet. Is there anything I could do on my own outside of waiting for support? Thanks
