Switchlinc 2477D not visable to software

I'm new to Insteon and over the past few weeks have installed 7 Switchlinc dimmer switches and a few plug in modules without problems. I have just installed another Switchlinc dimmer and it works fine manually but I can't add it via the software app. I've tried both pushing the button and adding using the Device numbers. The software never finds the device.

Any sugestions?

Which software, Indigo, Homeseer, something else?
