Questions from a New Insteon Owner

Hi everybody. I hope to get some answers to a few real simple questions about the various Insteon Products. I performed a few searches and could not find answers to my questions. I'll separate my questions into different Topics here in the "New to Insteon" forum.

    First up:
Most of my switches are the usual type of wall switches and they are located in simple dual gang electrical boxes.
I would like to know the communication capability of Insteon Switch (2466DW) and Insteon Switch (2466SW), e.g., Is it Powerline or Wireless RF or capable of both means of communicating?

Insteon ToggleLincs are power line only.

Thanks for the prompt reply stusviews. Is it bad form to continue to ask questions using this thread or should I start another thread question with a more descriptive title?

Your title says it all or you can start a specific thread. Your choice ;)

Can anyone suggest how I can ask a NEW question? It seems there is no way to start a new thread -- only to reply on an existing one. I'm having quite a number of problems with both the Android app, a fan controller and spastic leak detectors that once get moist keep triggering forever.
