So I learned something about the Windows phone app. I am going to post it elsewhere as it will get lost here. Basically. Using Windows Phone to set up the system causes all sorts of problems. I called Insteon twice more yesterday, and I got some real good help. I am still quite annoyed how many issues I am discovering.

Thank you for all this good information. I see you haven't been back to update us since 8-7-2014. Where else did you post?
I am considering installing a system. As potentially new to Insteon and home automation and monitoring, I find this kind of information and the solutions to be a huge benefit.
