Insteon (PWM) dimmer modules aren't the problem with LED lights. The bulbs themselves (although they are labeled as "dimmable") really don't work well. Two things happen when dimmed below 50%. First, the color spectrum shifts from warm white to cool white and second, the bulbs start to flicker at low PWM ddimming values.....Somebody tell me a brand of 120 VAC LED bulb that keeps it's warm color flicker-free when dimmed....Sticking with incandescent!

Philips warm glow comes to closest to incandescents that I've found. They dim low and come on low as well.
