Device to monitor my 220 v well pump.

So I know if it is on or not, and maybe create a log to tell me when it came on and off etc.
Or outdoor lighting when I am away

Do you have a HUB or ISY994i type controller?
You should be able to trigger an I/OLinc with a current sensor to send an Insteon On and Off command as the pump goes On and Off.

The CT-800 mentioned in the Tutorial has been used with an I/OLInc

I have a HUB, and indigo, do not know what a ISY994i type controller is.
But, thanks, I will go to the cocoontech website and see what that is all about.

The ISY994i is a Insteon Controller. I mentioned both as the solution maybe slightly different between them.
I would imagine you could trigger a I/OLInc that is linked to the HUB and determine if the pump is running.
