This is not so much as a new Insteon device request as it has to do with bringing back the 7 year extended warranty Smarthome used to offer. Given the hundreds, thousands of dollars invested for a home. I know many people would be more than willing to pay for the extra 7 year warranty.
As the Insteon product offering has matured over the years the reliability has also gone up.
For Smarthome this is pretty much free money hedging on a bet you will pay out less than what you take in. Please consider bringing back the 7 year extended warranty for Insteon related products. This not only provides a piece of mind, coverage, but sets Insteon apart from other HA device makers.
