The Open/Close motor control module would "just work" with a lot more devices if it had a common terminal instead of switching 110V. To work like it does now you would wire 110V hot wire to the common terminal. But for low voltage dry contact devices you could use the device's common or ground.
For instance, in order to use this module with Somfy Sonesse DCT motors, I had to wire real relays in line with with the open/close micro control module.
